## What RetainerLink Does

- Creates weekly or monthly Solana USDC retainer offers.
- Lets the worker review and accept the offer before payment approval.
- Lets the employer approve the recurring USDC payment after worker acceptance.
- Shows employer dashboards for offers, active retainers, plan limits, spend, worker retainers, and RetainerLink fees.
- Shows worker dashboards for accepted jobs, paid-through state, receipts, earnings, and payout context.
- Uses Hilt Pay API for the recurring payment and access layer.
- Publishes llms.txt, llms-full.txt, /.well-known/agent.json, /agent.json, /openapi.json, /robots.txt, and /sitemap.xml for agent discovery.

## Payment Model

- Settlement is Solana USDC only.
- The worker receives the agreed retainer amount.
- The employer pays the RetainerLink fee on top of the retainer amount.
- RetainerLink does not present itself as a fiat payroll, escrow, tax, or legal-services platform.
